Die Promenade ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dort befinden sich zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants direkt am Meer. Boots- und Fahrradverleihe sind dort auch zu finden

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, which is right on the edge of the forest. Beautiful hiking trails and the beautiful Aller cycle path lead past the house. Canoe rental and riding club in the village. A pasture with shelter for horses can be provided for €20 per night. Dogs on request. We have dogs here ourselves. Self-catering in the equipped kitchen. Ganz in der Nähe des an der Leine gelegenen Klosters Mariensee bieten wir ein Gästehaus mit Blick auf die Leine. Das alte Fährhaus zu Basse bildet dabei den Grundstein des Anwesens. Der Landgarten mit Pool und Holzterasse verbindet alles zu einen einmaligen Fleck, an dem man sich auch einfach nur entspannen kann. Wir bieten unseren Gästen außerdem die Möglichkeit an, eine Kanutour zu buchen oder Angeln zu gehen. Bei Interesse sprecht uns gerne an.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich separat im "Kleinen Häuschen", einem kompletten, freistehenden Haus, nur für euch, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Während eures Aufenthalts seid ihr die einzigen Nutzer. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch fürs Frühstück oder den Schreibkram, und ihr könnt eure Sachen in einem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Die Küche ist bestückt mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Doppelkochplatte.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Modern apartment - small but nice!

We provide you with an apartment in a central location. The A2, A30 highways and Bad Oeynhausen Hbf train station are a few minutes away. The Weser bike path, the GOP Varieté Theater and the Bali thermal baths are very close. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and Wi-Fi. The small kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster. Since a dog lives in the house, others are also welcome.
