Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental Industrial Estate is 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

There’s a direct train to Düsseldorf Airport, easy connections to Messe Düsseldorf, and a private parking space included. The best of both worlds: city convenience and natural beauty! On one side of the building, you’ll find the Rheinpark-Center shopping mall; on the other, the Rhine river — perfect for jogging or bike rides. You can reach Messe Düsseldorf in just 19 minutes by car or train.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Quiet central apartment

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.
