This is my personal flat on the border between Düsseldorf and Neuss, just one block from the Rhine! There’s a direct train to Düsseldorf Airport, easy connections to Messe Düsseldorf, and a private parking space included. The best of both worlds: city convenience and natural beauty! On one side of the building, you’ll find the Rheinpark-Center shopping mall; on the other, the Rhine river — perfect for jogging or bike rides. You can reach Messe Düsseldorf in just 19 minutes by car or train.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.

Public transport, such as various bus lines and the S11, are in the immediate vicinity.
