Our luxurious 68 sq. m apartment is located in downtown Neuss, directly on the city garden in the best quiet residential area without transit traffic. Excellent transport links to Düsseldorf and Cologne. The Düsseldorf or Cologne trade fair is about 45 minutes away by public transport. The apartment is newly renovated and completely newly furnished. We have placed a lot of emphasis on top quality and modern technology. The satellite system includes 13 degrees east, 19.2 degrees east, 23.5 degrees east and 28.2 degrees east.

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
