The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 square meters of park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is a living room, the kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. The room is located in a city villa, about 10 kilometers from the city center. With the S-Bahn (line S2 , S8 or S26) or the bus (line 150, 154 or 158) you are in about 25 minutes in the city center. I rent a large room with a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and you can, after enjoying the hectic city life, relax in my garden.Two bicycles are after reservation at your disposal

Our house is located on the outskirts of Berlin in Kleinmachnow. The location in southwest Berlin offers the possibility to drive very quickly both towards Potsdam and to Berlin. If you are traveling by public transport, you can get to Zehlendorf in 10 minutes by bus line 623 and from there you have the opportunity to continue to Potsdam, Wannsee or Berlin.

Die S-Bahn (Linie 8 Mühlenbeck-Mönchmühle) ist in 15 Geh- und 5 Fahrradminuten erreichbar und bringt dich in 20 Minuten in den Prenzlauer Berg, mit einmal Umsteigen in 30 Minuten nach Berlin Mitte.
