Holiday rentals with a patio in Neukölln

Very bright apartment surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area well served by public transport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Holger was very kind to also provide us with the high chair and the cot for our little girl, and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out times. We felt right at home.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful place to stay and plenty of space of 6 people to comfortably live. Location is close to public transportation and greatly appreciate the host's for they extraordinary communication. They went above and beyond to meet our meets.

Magdalena's apartment is very well located for the S-bahn and it is close to a neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a courtyard and greenery. We were happy to be in the apartment, and it was a perfect starting point for experiencing Berlin. We'd love to come there again.

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family. It was the perfect place -- clean, quiet, lovely spaces and delightful garden views. Many fine shops and restaurants and a very good grocery store are about a 12-minute walk. The S3 U-bahn runs into the city centre, ant it's also a 12-minute walk. We've already booked a return trip! We stayed at Linda's great apartment with our kids for an extended weekend. It was top modern and very clean. At night you could sleep very well because it was absolutely quiet (despite the airport and many neighbors). The apartment was located just outside the center of Berlin and you can be in the city in about 30 minutes by SBahn or RB. The path to the SBahn station was about 10 minutes' walk and easily accessible. There is also a corner shopping facility (Norma, China snack, fitness studio...) and a big highlight for our children, the small playgrounds right outside the front door 👍 The blocks are brand new and very modern and you can easily get to the apartment or to the parking space in the underground garage by elevator to the 6th floor. Communication with Linda was also impeccable. Thank you 😊

My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time at this flat. Berat was very kind and allowed us to drop our bags off a few hours before check in. The apartment is lovely and really felt like a home. Would highly recommend:)

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

It was a fantastic and exceptionally clean place. Everything was exactly as described, with no mistakes whatsoever. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, in which various resting places are available. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

Very nice accommodation, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city centre, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, I'd be happy to do it again.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it feel super welcoming and comfortable from the start. The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. What really stood out was the community vibe—it had a warm, friendly feel that made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
