Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit gut erreichbar, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder!

Ein wirklich schönes Apartment in welchem wir uns direkt richtig wohl gefühlt haben. Renate und Roland sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und halten sich eher im Hintergrund auf. Privatsphäre war zu jedem Zeitpunkt gegeben. Schon bei der Buchung waren die beiden sehr flexibel. So war dann auch der Check In. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Viele schöne Wanderungen direkt in der Umgebung, ob direkt zu Fuß oder von einem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz möglich. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. ☺️☺️ Gerne wieder!

Quiet, cosy place in Zillertal, absolutely recommeded if you are looking for exploration of the valley (hike/bike/trails).

Franz hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ausführlich unsere gebuchte Wohnung gezeigt, was wir so bisher auch noch nicht erlebt haben (im positiven Sinne). Der Aufenthalt war demnach sehr angenehm und die Lage in der Nähe der Panoramabahn perfekt zum Skifahren. Gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin super. Jeden Morgen konnte man sich ein kleines Frühstückskörbchen bestellen. Gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Alles perfekt, ruhige Lage und nega gut mit der Tiefgarage. Es ist alles super schnell zu erreichen (Bäcker, Spa, Hofer, DM, Tankstelle) die Autobahn ist auch in unmittelbarere Nähe. Ich komme gerne wieder!

We rented this apartment for 2 weeks and no regrets at all! The apartment was clean, cozy, well heated and so clean. There is everything you might need for a living and if you need anything else the host and her wonderful mother (who lives in this house) are always in touch and are ready to help. Also the view from the apartment is spectacular. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be happy to come back again.

Great place to stay with well supplied and super clean kitchen , bathroom w/many towels provided, portable crib available upon request. Definitely recommended.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage, direkt an der Gondel. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super. Ein defekter Föhn wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Es hätte für meine Begriffe etwas sauberer sein können. Die Fenster von innen sehr beschmiert und der Fußboden notdürftig durchgewischt. Im Bad leider nur eine Duschbadewanne und keine Dusche. Ansonsten alles top ausgestattet und überall sehr viel Stauraum.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht! Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderbar. In den bequemen Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen . Zur Gondel konnte man gut zu Fuß laufen und zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Had a lovely stay at Carina's place. Her husband picked us up from the train station and offered to drop us back after checking out. Communication was fantastic and Carina sent recommendations of activities we could do based on the weather. Everything was clean and tidy. Only improvement I would suggest is some additional things such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Location was great, scenery in the area was fantastic, with a lovely walk along the river into the town. I highly recommend a stay here, in summer anyway!

Incredible value and location. Alexandra was extremely helpful, responsive, and very flexible with my check when my flight was delayed by more than two hours. The Airbnb is very clean and has all the amenities necessary to cook for yourself. The surroundings are incredible and there are many hikes nearby. This Airbnb puts most others to shame in terms of price and quality. Would absolutely recommend.

We spent 4 wonderful days in a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. We thank the host for the good reception and hospitality. I definitely recommend it and we will repeat the reservation in the future. Thank you.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Franz und Astrid sind sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben alles gut erklärt bekommen (Wohnung, Pool und Sauna). Wir haben viele und gute Tipps für Unternehmung in der Region bekommen. Im Zirbenschlafzimmer konnten man sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden Hunden, die sich auch sehr wohl fühlten. Der Hof liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die zum entspannen einlädt. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen ❤️👍

Não temos palavras para descrever o quanto amamos nos hospedar no apartamento de Hannes e Claudia. Desde o primeiro contato aqui, sempre solícitos, simpáticos e atenciosos. Ao chegarmos Hannes nos recebeu e além de apresentar o apartamento, nos deu dicas do que fazer na região, apresentou onde ficava supermercado, padaria e passeios (tudo muito perto). Estamos impressionados positivamente com a limpeza do local e além disse do modo como Hannes e Claudia pensaram em absolutamente tudo (tinha talheres, panelas, banheira quente…) um local super completo. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes e indicaremos para nossos amigos e familiares. Obrigada pela excelente estadia. Fizeram da nossa viagem ainda mais incrível!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

Top Unterkunft, genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Sauna, Pool und Whirlpool können jederzeit genutzt werden. Auch die Kommunikation war problemlos und immer hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
