Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Suitable place to rest, close to the metro station from where you can make the connections you require, close to the airport, the main detail is Roberto's support before an inconvenience at the time of check-in, the gesture of waiting for us and patience is an invaluable detail.

Great location near the sea, Mino is very friendly and welcoming, always available and ready to give advice. Definitely worth repeating!

We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

I contacted Cristian the day before my visit. He was friendly and responsive. He organised an early and seamless checkin and I was extremely comfortable in the apartment. Great location for anyone wanting to visit Lavinium, too.

Valerio helped us at all times, the apartment was very clean and very nice, can be reached fairly easily with the use of the train from Roma Termini (4 stops approximately) and a 20 min walk, the cost per train ticket was 1.5 euros. Nearby there are quite a few restaurants and a small supermarket

Carlo’s place was very good! Very peaceful neighborhood and very quiet! The both hosts are very responsive, and respectful! The house looked very homie and cozy! The hosts also left us a little cute breakfast and coffee ☕️. Had no problem with check in or check out! Very nice and friendly people ! Thank you so much 😊 we enjoyed our stay a lot 😀 Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a lovely stay here, the views are stunning and the location peaceful. Simona was a perfect host, great communication, showed us how everything worked and recommended places in the local area before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. She was also quick to respond for any queries that cropped up. The property is as shown on the photos, immaculate and spacious, we had everything we could possibly need and more. All in all a really great place to stay. You do need a car to get around, but driving was easy.

Simone is a very kind and caring guest. Her home is very well maintained and clean. Nearby there is the possibility of outdoor activities (running and MTB) in the nearby pine forest of Castel Fusano: one of the most beautiful parks in Rome. For those who love archaeology there are, a few minutes away by car, the magnificent excavations of Ostia Antica and the relative Roman port of Claudio and Trajan. I think I'll be back. My wife and her mother stayed with my toddler for 3 weeks. Cinzia had baked a cake when they arrived and Cecio frequently brought them eggs and fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment is clean and the garden is very well maintained. As hosts Cinzia and Cecio were super helpful, even organising a rental car which is necessary for trips to the town and beach. They had a lovely stay and would recommend this place.

We stayed with 11 friends at this villa for a few days and had a really good time! The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained, perfect for large groups. The owners were very kind and available to all our needs, always present but never intrusive. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the center of Anzio, so easy to reach but quiet enough to relax. A great experience, highly recommended!

What a great stay!! And for a lot thanks to our very welcoming, responsive, helpful and easy host! The accommodation is great: XXL sofa, new bedding, jacuzzi on the terrace, many amenities...! Modestino was very attentive, accommodating and above all very concerned about our comfort! We were with family, it was very convenient to spend the day/evening in the center of Rome, or at the ancient city next door! The parking space is also a plus, as is the proximity (!) to the airport! Many recommendations, lots of attention, very good communication...a perfect host, Italian class! 😉

Getting to the apartment from the airport was a little tricky, but that wasn't her fault, the people at airport had us going to 3 different locations. Valeria met us outside and let us in. The apartment was nice and fully stocked, the terrace peaceful and lots of plants. There was a fluke with the hot water and Valeria came over and fixed it. Valeria was very responsive, gave recommendations, helpful, friendly, and welcoming

The place as described . Very easy to reach Rome by bus . Beach is just 5 mins walk. Roberto is always very responsive with clear information . Worth the sea view stay . The place is thoughtfully decorated with paintings .

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Great place to stay . Very big apartment with two big bedrooms with its own balconies and an open plan living room . Safe and secure car park if you are renting car like me . Everything was as described in the advert , Matteo was very quick in his responses and sorted out a couple of minor things as quick as possible. If you are using this accommodation as a base to explore Roma , just check the local train times and plan accordingly as the train schedules change between weekdays and weekends. The local station is Casablanca which can be reached by 15 minutes walk.

The little bread shop / restaurante just below the apartment was amazing and with authentic and very affordable Italian food! The apartment itself had a lot of charm and an amazing balcony where to enjoy sunset aperitivi!
