Access to sunny terraces through large sliding doors from both living room and kitchen. Spacious garden for play and fun. The property also has both a jacuzzi and a fireplace. Below the house there are possibilities for swimming. There are also two SUPs available as well as two kayaks for those who are fond of the water. Centrally located close to communication to Sandvika, Oslo and Drammen.

Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Old, venerable house with stunning views of the Oslo-fjord. 10 min walk to Kadett-tangen and Kalvøya which is a large swimming beach. 10 min walk to Sandvika city. 5 min walk to bus station/train and you use 15 min by bus/train to Oslo Sentrum. Nice hiking opportunities along the coastal path in the immediate vicinity. Large property with room for several cars. Large stunning terrace overlooking the sea.

One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.
