The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The villa on the Gulf Stella - Capoliveri

The Ilda villa is located in the ancient village of Capoliveri. It overlooks the sea and has a porch under which you can eat and watch the sunset over the Stella Gulf every evening. It is about 900 m away from the center and the beaches (Madonna delle Grazie, Morcone, Peducelli, Pareti). It offers free of charge: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, bed and bath linens, crib, high chair, final cleaning. It is pleased to meet guests from around the world!

Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. It has a covered terrace of 45 square metres overlooking the sea exclusively available to guests. La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.
