Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. Casa Perla is 70 meters from Straccoligno beach and is located on the ground floor with respect to Casa Conchiglia; it consists of a kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom and a bathroom. It has a covered terrace of 45 square metres overlooking the sea exclusively available to guests. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea.
