Located in the heart of Porto Azzurro on the second floor, "Casa di piazza" is an 85-square-metre apartment dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The two spacious bedrooms retain the original floors and fixtures, the furnishings are simple and functional, the kitchen is well equipped, and the view from the main bedroom and the small living room is truly exceptional. Casa Perla is 70 meters from Straccoligno beach and is located on the ground floor with respect to Casa Conchiglia; it consists of a kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom and a bathroom. It has a covered terrace of 45 square metres overlooking the sea exclusively available to guests. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction, sink, dishes, etc. The house has a surface area of 50 square metres. Outdoor hot shower, barbecue. Sheets.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village.
