Nakskov Overnatning is a charming, quirky little townhouse located in the center of Nakskov. There are 2 cozy living rooms, kitchen, laundry room and a slightly narrow staircase to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and sunny garden with terrace. The house is a 5-minute walk from cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The pedestrian street is just nearby. There are 3 km to Hestehovedet, a beautiful beach with Denmark's longest swimming pier, mini golf, etc. Dodekalitten, Knuthenborg Safari Park and the Fehmarn Tunnel construction are worth visiting.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly house with a large garden that just invites you to have lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Goose Tower nearby. Beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. A small romantic gem right in our own backyard in Herrested near Ørbæk on Funen. Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

The guest house is with its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. The guesthouse is well-suited for an overnight stay or two for guests passing through. Many people choose the place as a quiet stop on the journey. Tenant can self check in. I don't greet as a host, you check yourself in. Sleeps 4 Double bed: 180x200 2 beds: 120x200 Cleaning, linens, and towels included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic, and there are many good walks.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Beautiful cottage located on Hasselø/Falster Close to the water, possibility to use bicycles, kayak, flipper dinghy. Cozy newly renovated house, with sea views from the first floor. Nice garden, with the possibility to barbecue, play football, tennis etc. or just relax. 6 km from Marielyst beach. Close to good restaurants, shopping, cafes and many other nice attractions such as, the Medieval Center, 'the end of the world' Denmark's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.

The Garden House

At Søllestedgaard Estate, in the courtyard right next to the main building, is the steward's residence, one wing of which has long served as the garden house, which is now being rented out. The garden house is a lovely apartment on 2 levels with a view of the moat and direct access to the terrace. The apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
