The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is a 10-minute walk from the city center with shops and restaurants and close to Indrefjorden. The home is furnished with a bright and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a bright kitchen with access to a closed and secluded courtyard, a guest toilet and an entrance with stairs to the 1st floor, which contains a nice bathroom with a shower and two adjoining rooms with a door in between. Street parking.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Peace and quiet. No tourists. Just a sweet neighbor. Note: Bed linens, towels and dish towels must be brought. The price includes final cleaning and utilities.

On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, cabinets and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.
