Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nai Han Beach

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . We stayed for two weeks, host was really responsive with our questions, location was really quiet, villa was great in amazing condition and very brand new. Housekeeping were always available and pool cleaning also. had an amazing time during our stay.

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Fantastic apartment, with a spectacular view to wake up to every morning. Wonderful roof terrace for yoga!

All we wanted after travelling for 3 weeks was a clean, comfy room and that’s exactly what we got! Very happy with our room, comfy beds, good aircon, modern and clean. Looks just like the photos. Pools were great, along with having cafe and restaurants onsite. ATM and everything else you need all in one place. Location was super convenient and just a short walk to all the restaurants Yuliia was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend and stay again.

I wasn’t able to stay at Sarah’s Airbnb because I got stuck in korea for a few weeks. Sarah was extremely helpful prior to my supposed arrival. It was during the tragic earthquake and possible tsunami warning in Phuket.

Great location for high top view of Patong beach and surroundings and good flow of wind / breeze

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

Fantastic location! Very quiet, yet convenient. Literally a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, food, shopping, restaurants, and more. Nice pools. This is a ground unit, so you have direct accost your room too

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

Dr. Supots place is just great. It has everything you will need. The location is good as its near the touristy places but not right there. So you can have a short walk to the main areas and be in the hustle bustle, or retreat right to your lovely apartment with pool. Everything we wanted was in the apartment. If at all there was a problem, him and his team were prompt with solution. Great stay, great hots, extra awesome for families.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.
