Beautiful, spacious with lots of light penthouse . At the tree condominium . There are 2 bedrooms, huge living room with open kitchen total 140 m2 , with fantastic sea view , family friendly, baby cot available. Beautiful giant terrace with sea , islands and sunrise view. Walking distance to Rawai beach , seafood market , shops , massage places. Short drive to Naiharn beach and Kata Noi beach - both are great. Cosy , safe building , with spacious parking garage. Clean and tranquil .

A fabulous recently modernised two bedroom apartment situated in The Sands Boutique Resort, this very private top floor condo is set in beautiful gardens with peaceful views to a National Park lake, the hills beyond and a mere three minutes walk to stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. The idyllic sunset at Nai Harn Beach is visible from our balcony. Nai Harn was recently listed in The 2024 Travelers’ Choice Beaches as one of the worlds best.

The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful tropical forest, with 24-hour security, spacious free parking, free gym, rooftop pool and a play pool on the first floor. If you like a unique and conveniently located apartment, we are definitely a very good choice.
