Unwind in luxury, style and tranquility at the beautiful Villa K, superbly set in a picture-perfect location with breathtaking views over the sparkling turquoise sea and Big Buddha. This stunning villa is perfect escape for friends or families
“The scenery of the villa is very beautiful. You can see the plane landing and you can also see the Big Buddha Temple. The way to the villa is steep slopes. The elderly are not suitable to go. There are two gates in and out of the villa. The host was very nice. We called the chef to cook the BBQ and paid for it. Pure Thai and hot sauce are especially good. I heard that the chef teaches others to cook Thai food. There is a local vegetable market at the foot of the mountain, with everything from fruits, vegetables and seafood. There is a 7-11 on the side of the vegetable market, which is very convenient. However, you must take a car to go back to the villa to buy things. Walking back is all ramps, which will be exhausting. The house has a two-story structure, the rooms are on the first floor, and the second floor is the living room kitchen and swimming pool. The equipment is well-equipped. Someone comes to clean it every day, but the towels are not changed. The public washroom on the first floor leaks, and the kitchen sink also leaks. Pay attention to the maintenance of the house. The living room TV has been studied for a long time, but it will not turn on. In general, the villa still gave us a three-day wonderful staying experience, suitable for young people to travel together.”
Architectural villa on the south side of Koh Samui, private and in a natural environment, it has great sweeping ocean views and has a great salt water lap pool. Half way up a hill, it gets natural breezes, whithout mozzies even at dusk. It is minimally designed, but takes maximum advantage of the nature. It is called the naked house because the walls are left naked. It has space for 6 adults and 5 children ... rental price is on a sliding scale, more guests and price goes up.
“I can’t really say enough good things about this place. The House- Amazing. The photos don’t even do it justice . Perfect in every way. The Staff- all 8 of us were picked up at the airport. The house manager was there when we arrived to give us a run down. The scooters and cars arrived thereafter without a hitch. I would suggest getting picked up at the airport and then have scooters at the house. The road was rough and popped a tire on the car. Had no troubles with the scooters and they are the best way to get around. Don’t miss the Sunday night la mai night market.”
Villa Taling Ngam, Amazing sea view, gaze out over your private infinity pool, across to beach fringed islands & beyond to Khanom on the Thai mainland. Quiet & Peaceful yet only 5 minutes drive from restaurants, convenience stores & local markets. Should you wish to get away from it all, it's for you.
“We spent 6 nights in this beautiful villa and are already planning our return trip because we loved it so much. The villa itself is in a small neighbourhood on the south of the island which is very quiet so if you are looking for something a bit more lively you could be disappointed however for us we loved it as we felt we got to see more of the Thai way of life than the touristy bits. There are a few bars and restaurants on the beach all of which were good so we were more than happy and to be honest the main of our time was spent at the villa as it was just so relaxing and we had a view to die for. The villa was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and had everything you could want or need amenitie wise. The crowning glory is of course the pool and view, just WOW, we didnt want to leave! It was so wonderful to have our own private pool and the veranda/balcony was roomy and had great sun loungers so we were happy to laze by the pool most days. (Be aware the pool is privately yours to use however one side is open to the owners house and garden and there is a gate that can be looked through so there is not 100% privacy). Sim was great providing lots of information and transfers each way, he is also a friendly, outgoing guy so its nice to have a chat. The only slight negative is the fact it is on a very steep hill and a 10 min drive to the nearest shop so a car is a MUST. We rented Sims 4x4 which was great but just take Into consideration the costs of hiring a car when booking as it can add up substantially however if it wasnt up that steep hill then you wouldnt get that amazing view so actually I think it's definitely worth it. Go on, just book it... you wont be disappointed”
