Newly renovated, modern and simple: The villa was built and renovated in 2024. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests, or 7 guests with an extra bed. Each bedroom is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor balcony and a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas to ensure the privacy and comfort of every guest. 3. Villa layout: Ground floor: Spacious outdoor lounge area and garage. Surrounded by tropical plants, the air is fresh and perfect for relaxation. Second floor: cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a glass-enclosed living room. You can walk directly into the pool from the living room. The living room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, offering views of a part of the magnificent Patong Bay and the tropical rainforest. Third floor: Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds and pure cotton bedding to ensure guests have a deep sleep. 4. Private swimming pool: The villa has a private swimming pool and sun loungers. 5. This brand new ultra-luxury 3 bedroom large flat is located in the bustling Patong Beach (part of blue point) divided into three floors. This room type is the best location in the entire neighborhood with the best view and the highest configuration. The entrance is the master bedroom and living room, we have a huge leather sofa in the living room where you can relax and enjoy the sunset in Phuket. The two rooms downstairs have a bathroom, and the rooftop has a huge sea view terrace with breathtaking views. You can have a barbecue party with stunning sunset when the night falls. The oversized sea view lounge overlooks Patong Bay and the ever-changing seascape from morning to night.
