We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

Everything was perfect: the house is spacious, clean and very well-equipped, with neat decoration and a relaxing atmosphere🌴 The outside with the pool is a real haven of peace. The staff was amazing: always available, responsive and very attentive to our needs, while remaining discreet. Their warm welcome and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a pleasant stay and felt right at home. The house is spacious, clean and offers plenty of space. Wifi was excellent. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. However, a surprise was the view from the second floor of a run-down building that seems to be a home for the homeless. The location is okay – about 15 minutes from the beach, but you have to cross a large main street without pedestrian stripes, which can be tedious with children. The proximity to several supermarkets is positive. The price of about 4500 baht for 10 days for electricity and water in addition, corresponded to the description, but we found it a bit high. However, the communication was very good and we were otherwise generally very happy with the selection. Parking is available, washing machine also as well as functional kitchen. Pool was great with kids and also had a lot of fun.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Perfect place with a perfect location. Bibi (the hostess' cute name😌) was very kind, welcoming and always helpful. If you, like me, read reviews and are repulsive to book or not, then believe me, the answer is unambiguous - to book! Relatively many times I rented a place on AIRBNB and this is one of my best finds. Unfortunately, it was only possible to come for a week, I hope to return here for a longer year! :) P.S on the territory of the hotel there are two cats and one of them has a bell on their neck and they constantly meowing, perhaps for someone it will be important, sometimes interfered with sleep ))

We enjoyed our stay, the house is very new and clean. Lots of space to chill and hangout. There’s a 7-11 within walkable distance and a noodles place was very local and yummy. Club house is very close by and not crowded

The place was perfect to accomodate our family of 7. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was perfect. The house was very spacious. and clean and located in a gated community not too far from restaurants, market and pharmacy. The beach was a walkable distance. My family enjoyed the pool as well. Both Catherine and Florin were one of the best hosts from beginning to end. Open and quick communications throughout. They helped provide transportation and book excursions whenever we needed it. The best was that we had the option to have breakfast everyday which was AMAZING! Jason was our cook who spoiled us with evrything you could possibly want for breakfast including cofee and tea and fresh squeezed orange juice. He was so nice an attentive! There was also a maid who came in almost everyday to make sure everything was spot clean! Thank you, Catherine and florin for hosting us and Jason, our fav cook!!

My stay was fantastic! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Xiaoliu was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to an amazing beach. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to stay again!

My wife and I had an incredible two-week stay at this beautiful property. The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative and made us feel so welcome from the start. The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

We had an amazing stay at Nym’s Place. We felt it like at home as soon as we arrived. Boho style, really cosy. Almost everything is available there. Needed medicines, international power outlets, umberella, rain poncho, beach stuffs..really Kudos to Nym for the thoughtfulness and the details. Its really a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Right by the beach but easy access to the city. Everthing that you need is at the walking distance like shops, Restaurants, dry cleaning etc. And Nym was very responsive and helpful throughout. We can only recommend and would love to come back here again in the future. 😊

We stayed at Jean-Michels beautiful house in Rawai. The house was perfect laid out for 7 people staying there. The outdoor area was stunning, and the pool very nice.

We loved staying at this home. The property is a long walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the hasty mornings on the deck with cats and hens the most.

Our vacation here was very nice. The listing responded well to photos. We found everything we needed. The host was friendly, and when the air conditioner stopped working, he took the repairman's place, and in a couple of hours, the air conditioning worked again. There really isn't an air source heat pump downstairs, but it wasn't too hot during our visit. The pool is very nice.
