thomas's unit is incredible, from quality furnishing, beautiful elegant design, quiet locatin for patong, and the unit was sparkling clean, i could not recommend enough. definitely will return.

Beautiful building with two pools, a library, remote workrooms, and great for long-term stays. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, with a pool view and an outdoor bathing tub. Dining table can double as a work desk, though an extra study table with a reading light would be helpful as the hall felt a bit dark. There’s a large storage room. Facilities are excellent — a functional gym, separate saunas, library, strong Wi-Fi, and two canteens plus a restaurant. Nothing is within short walking distance, so a bike or car is needed; plenty of parking available. The reception is 24 hours and very friendly. Bike rentals are nearby. The building has hotel rooms and apartments; the host is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, an excellent place for remote work or long stays. Phuket has a relaxed vibe, more suited to people who enjoy a quieter island lifestyle. Highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, work-friendly environment.

We stayed at Joey’s place for a week and we loved everything. He was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The house is close to the city center, everything is easily accessible. We had no complaints. Thank you, Joey!

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

My friend and I came on holiday to take a break from work. Armin is a very attentive and hospitable host. He met us, showed the house and told us everything about it. The villa is magnificent. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a great kitchen for those who like to cook. I especially want to note the cleanliness of the place and daily cleaning service. The backyard is cozy with a barbecue area and a wonderful pool, a large table and chairs for all guests. A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

we loved our stay. it was close to tiger Muay Thai where we went everyday. Tops and other food and supermarket are all close by. We highly recommend this place.

Great place. A bit smaller than expected, but overall on you, clean, and very convenient. I would suggest to equip the kitchen a little bit more but other than that all is great.

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.
