Holiday rentals with a patio in Nai Han Beach

It was a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone that is going to be in Phuket.

Such a beautiful place. It is in perfect location, close to all attractions. The host even provided snacks for us. Their place and them, both are warm and lovely!

It was a picturesque place to stay in for several nights in Karon, the apartment is nice, as in pictures. It was all clean, with a nice terrace and good hosts Serdar and Svetlana. Not far from Karon beach, only 10 minutes by foot. And you can find all necessary shops and restaurants around while walking. The welcome was great. But please pay attention that the electricity payment is not included in the price, with extra charge. The place is all new, it has its own pool exit, and you have a nice pull around the apartments, with fitness center. The air conditioning was great so you can stay and chill at home after the wet hot weather outside. Also has a smart TV and WiFi inside the apartment. I recommend this place to stay in while in Karon!

Overall, it's very good, the location is superior, the host is very friendly, and personally received us. There was a little incident halfway through, but the host quickly handled it. Good review.The swimming pool is described truthfully, there are some insect corpses, everything else is good, recommended.

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Outstanding stay. One of the best places I have stayed in. The view of the beach from the balcony is one of a kind. The hosts are so nice and friendly.

Place is cozy, good for a family of four. Location is awesome, few mins walk to the night market and the beach. Highly recommend.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Everything was just great! The apartment was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, the balcony has a washing machine and a drying rack. The territory of the complex is simply beautiful: a lot of swimming pools, parking (there were always free spaces), security. The location is just super! The beach is 7 minutes by bike, 7/11 and WeCafe - 1 minute by bike. The condominium is completely new, clean, well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo does not have a luggage storage room. If check out is at 12pm and departure is at 9pm, it is necessary to be with luggage all this time. At the reception, even for the money, they didn't want to look after the suitcases. But we left at our own risk and walked for 2 hours)

This place was far beyond our expectations with a view of the magnificent ones from both inside and outside. The space is spacious and the decor is soothing. The hostess is very responsive and the driver (Mr Big) is very friendly. We were picked up from the airport and when we arrived refreshments were waiting for us. What a beautiful intention <3. We can't wait to go back.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
