This house is located right below Japanese alps, where you can enjoy outdoor in mountains, rivers and lakes throughout four seasons. We moved to this area from Tokyo because this area is not commercialized, but intact from urbanization. So if you are looking for something different than usual sightseeing, here could be the place to visit. This house used to be a ski ryokan, and we renovated it by ourselves with abandoned and local materials to maintain nice and old Japanese architectural taste.

The Guest House Japan Asama was produced by the team used to work for a well known airline marketing team. The main concepts of the stay are "nature", "specious" and "hospitality". Guests can enjoy natural private onsens in the large size villa located in the national park. The private villa has 2 floors and each floor has over 120 square meters. Maison d'hôtes KIRISIMIZU

“Maison d’hotes KIRISI MIZU”, is a Irimoya style (traditional Japanese house, similar to Temple) that has been beautifully restored from traditional materials and passed down from my grate-grand parents generation. The entire house is done in a classic style as used to be, except for a newly built kitchen, toilet and bathroom that provide all the necessities of modern life.

野尻湖を見下ろす、絶景が楽しめる一軒家です。 車で15-20分ほどの所にスキー場（妙高、黒姫、斑尾）が数カ所あり、ウィンタースポーツの拠点にもぴったり。 薪ストーブのサウナと、絶景の水風呂をお楽しみください。 周りに民家が無いので、大きな音で音楽や映画もご覧いただけます。 山奥に佇む一軒家のため、最大限の対策はしますが暖かい季節には虫が出ます。冬はたくさんの雪が降ります。秋には落ち葉が舞います。 薪ストーブの火もご自身で調整いただく必要があります。 決して簡単に住める家ではありませんが、その分とびきりの景色と体験をお約束いたします。 絶景を眺められるカウンターキッチンと、調味料、調理器を完備していますので、ぜひ料理をお楽しみください。（BBQ用の機材はありません）
