A private, traditional Japanese house with a view of the Myoko Mountains and the countryside, without electricity
Only one group per day. This is a private traditional kominka accommodation overlooking Myōkō and the rural landscape. A private building where you can spend time with family and friends without hesitation, and enjoy a relaxing, quiet satoyama experience. In addition to four rooms of different types, it features a large living room where you can relax and chat, and a spacious kitchen with views of the Myōkō Mountains, making it a comfortable place to stay for large groups. Yukigō Lodge is a fully renovated kominka (traditional Japanese house) that incorporates traditional wooden building techniques deeply rooted in the local culture. You can spend some time away from the daily grind in a space with exposed beams and a calm indoor atmosphere. Also, one of the highlights of Yukigo Lodge is the Goemon-style bath.To make the most of the view from the Goemon bath, it is located outside. When using the facilities, please move a short distance outside. What makes this accommodation unique is that you can enjoy the atmosphere of a 'satoyama'—a quintessential Japanese rural landscape—while experiencing the abundant natural bounty of the four seasons.Ideal for a relaxing stay with your loved ones. It is about a 10-minute drive to Lotte Arai Resort, and it is also easy to get to Joetsu Myoko Station and the Naka-go Interchange. Both the sea and the mountains are within a 30-minute radius. We look forward to welcoming you, together with our staff who love the snow country.

Entire rental villa. Log house "Wa" surrounded by nature
25 minutes by car from JR Nagano Station. Located in the Iizuna Kogen area of Myoko Togakushi National Park at an altitude of 1,100 meters, Log House "Wa" is surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy the four seasons and relax. It is also a refreshing and cool place in summer. You can enjoy Togakushi Shrine, Zenkoji Temple, soba making experience, forest adventures, etc. with your family. For business people, it is also a place where you can concentrate efficiently from a quiet space in nature. From spring to autumn, you can enjoy cycling and climbing Mt. Iizuna on a rental electric bicycle. During the autumn foliage season, we also recommend the Togakushi area and Myoko Highlands. In winter, Togakushi Ski Resort and Iizuna Resort are also available 20 minutes away by car.

Enjoy the view of Lake Nojiri, with a private sauna, Anoie (あの家)
This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

Rock Forest Hokuriku Izawa [BBQ in the fireplace in the forest & hot spring bath fed by a source spring on a rock]
A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
