Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Apartment - 'Your vacation base'. Seit August 2023 stehen unsere Türen allen Gästen der Welt offen. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet, ideal für Paare, Familien (bis zu 2 Kleinkinder) und Freunde, um Natur (mit vielen Wanderwegen) und Stadt zu genießen. Wir befinden uns im Dorfzentrum von Natters, von wo aus die umgebene Bergwelt sowie die urbane Stadt Innsbruck (7km entfernt) und auch die Infrastruktur (Bäcker, Supermarkt) schnell und einfach erreichbar sind.

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Stilvolle Wohnung direkt bei Innsbruck

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located accommodation with a fantastic view of the Innsbrucker Nordkette. The apartment is located in the village center of Völs, just 2 minutes from a grocery store and the bus stop to the center of Innsbruck. There is a hiking trail behind the house. The Cyta shopping center is also within walking distance, fantastic ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. (free ski bus) A garage parking space is included in the price. € 3,— tax per day per person

Serles (Penthouse)

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Diese besondere und ruhige Unterkunft befindet sich einem der ältesten Stadteile Innsbrucks, nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt und 5 Minuten von der Natur entfernet. Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Ferienhäuschen am Biohof

Ab sofort kannst du unser neu errichtetes Ferienhäuschen am Biohof buchen. Die Bäckerei ist gleich um´s Eck und in nur wenigen Minuten zur Talstation der Muttereralm. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, so steht einer Anreise ohne Auto auch nichts im Weg. Da sich die Unterkunft bei uns am Bauernhof befindet, gibt´s die Möglichkeit bei der Stallarbeit mitzuhelfen und bei Wunsch die Produkte zu verkosten.

Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Innsbruck und die Umgebung zu entdecken. In unmittelbarer nähe befindet sich das Ski und Wandergebiet des Patscherkofl und in wenigen Autominuten erreicht man das Stubaital. Ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Familien mit Kindern, bei uns sind sie herzlich Willkommen. Ab 2 Tage bekommen Sie eine WelcomeCard mit der Sie gratis Bus fahren können und einige Ermäßigung beinhaltet.
