We had a fantastic stay at Franz’s apartment! The place is very nice and comfy, spotlessly clean, and just a short 10-minute walk from the center of Gmunden. Communication with Franz was excellent—very friendly and responsive. The kitchen was a highlight: incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After a slight issue checking in, Vaclav promptly responded and dealt with the issue. Similarly when we requested some information and some supplies he was able to assist without a problem. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was extremely well equipped and presented. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the property.

We stayed with our friends for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The living room is much more beautiful than shown in the property pictures. :-) Lovely views all around. The owner shares things to do around, which is super helpful. Thanks for having us & hope to return! Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts Birgit & Franz.

I needed a place to stay late at night at short notice and have become aware of Erwin's farm. The booking worked out super quickly and minutes later everything was sorted. Unfortunately, I was unable to explore the great quiet surroundings because eggs were available early in the morning. I had a very restful night and immediately felt comfortable

Kata's place is beautiful and even more breathtaking than it already comes across in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful details throughout the loft make the place unique. In my opinion, the loft could really be called a designer loft. A lot of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Communication was also always flawless and absolutely hassle-free! I would be happy to come back. A very clear recommendation!

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. We rented the apartment for a month when our daughter was in rehab in Rohrbach. Everything was as described, you can find your way around right away and Armin responds very quickly to inquiries. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful modern apartment, everything you need is available. It is off the beaten track, so it is very quiet. A car is absolutely necessary, shopping facilities are available a few kilometers away in the village. However, the location is good for the Sumava National Park as well as the Lipno reservoir. We felt comfortable

The "Oasis of Peace" definitely lives up to it's name! I had a relaxing stay here enjoying the beautiful guesthouse and the peaceful countryside surroundings. The unique architecture of the apartment is really something special! The 3 saunas and 2 pools at the adjoining hotel were a great bonus as well. I visited without a car, and was able to get around with the bus, but a car is definitely better to have for access to restaurants and groceries. However, the surroundings are great for walks and the views are beautiful. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay!

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

A spacious and pleasant apartment, with a large garden and roof terrace (shared). The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Michaela is super attentive and resolves issues quickly.

The place is great! The maximum that can be made of an attic apartment. Everything was in top order, smelled of cleanliness and detergent (detergent almost too strong). The host described everything well and in a timely manner and gave some recommendations. There was also nothing wrong with the accessibility. So, I'd come back anytime. Clear recommendation. Delightful splendour. Great place to stay, great mattresses. Everything is just like at home. The surroundings are nice. One barn to park bikes and in the other we played pingpong. supr. Huge garden,pool,pergola. Cycling parade.

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!
