We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

Our farm is located at the highest point of the municipality of Hörbich, so we can enjoy the view in three directions to the horizon. The Vierseithof has existed since 1657, has been renovated several times and is currently in good and clean condition (style: 70s), very historic It is divided into two houses, each with its own front door. The first floor of one of the houses is used for Airbnb (135 m²). Tourist tax has to be paid to the hostess.

The Höllmühle is an organic farm in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. The three spacious apartments (each with kitchen, bathroom, anteroom and 1 or 2 bedrooms) including covered balcony, large common room and adjoining playground with campfire and much more offer the ideal place to relax. Accommodation in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of a beautiful landscape with private entrance. It is a converted barn on a farm, which is mainly used for musical purposes. In addition to a large studio, there are 2 guest rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen/lounge (oven, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, etc.). On request, additional guests can be accommodated in the large studio or in the tiny house.

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
