Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. Wonderful place with great hosts. The house is situated in a beautiful and peaceful village — no noise, just the calming sounds of nature when you open the window. I slept very well here. The apartment is fully equipped with everything including a well-furnished kitchen and bathroom. I stayed during a cycling trip and found Triglas to be a perfect starting point for exploring the region by bike. The nearest grocery store is about 2 km away. Gottfried and his wife are both very friendly, happy to help and share local tips.

The apartment is located in beautiful countryside and very quiet. The landlord and his family are extremely friendly, accommodating and helped us easily with questions and small concerns. The apartment has everything you need for a few days away. Because we cooked a lot, the small dishwasher was great for us. Hiking and walking trails go straight from the neighborhood Excursions can be made to the Basilica on the Sunday mountain (fantastic Rubdumblick) or to Waidhofen an der Ybbs. We liked it very much and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation for families and peace seekers!

Business trip brought us to this area again, and we immediately contacted Hannes, given how comfortable and well-catered we were last time. Everything was absolutely perfect again — from the arrangement and communication with Hannes to the superb accommodation. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in the area.

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

Cozily furnished cabin in an absolutely secluded location in nature, with beautiful views over the hilly landscape to the mountains. The corner bench and table in the kitchen is huge and also the bathroom amazingly large, the shower cabin is very comfortable. But we would still recommend the cabin only for 2 people. The only bedroom is small and the extra bed is narrow and not so comfortable if you don't prefer a hard bed. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable here, we can recommend this place. It was also very clean.

It was the second time we stayed at Anke's accommodation. We will definitely come again:)

Great location, very quiet surroundings with lots of nature around it, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice hostess, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable that it feels like a little haven. The hosts are wonderful—warm, approachable, and always happy to help, offering great local tips without ever being intrusive. We stayed in the accommodation for the weekend. We both enjoyed it very much, the location was very nice and quiet. The accommodation was clean and modern. There is actually everything you need nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. I'm sure we'll be back !

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!

Our apartment was very spacious, modernly equipped and had a nice terrace with wide views. The recently renovated apartment building consists of 4 closely adjacent apartments, which are gladly used by families. Between the apartments and the rural square courtyard where the owners live, there was a small swimming pond that can be used by children. Adults can do their barbecue there. The entire complex is detached and surrounded by fruit trees and corn fields. The landlords are very friendly and flexible. A construction site spread directly in front of our apartment and massive earthworks were done with noise. This circumstance could have been addressed in advance. However, we felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed the stay very much.

It was really a wonderful weekend, which we were allowed to spend at the Esparanza farm. The caravan was well equipped, the location is beautifully quiet and the people at the yard are super nice! The animals are of course a highlight, we booked a donkey hike directly. The hike was only 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours, but still overall a great experience with very nice people and animals. :-) I'm sure we'll be back!

When I saw the first picture, I immediately thought: "Wow, how beautiful!" - the holiday home with balcony was shown there. On site, we were accommodated on the ground floor, but even from there, we had a wonderful panorama. During our stay, there was a small problem, but it was quickly taken up by Judith and quickly resolved – the caretaker was even very quick on site. Our short stay was very nice overall, and everything was as described. The bed linen was a bit older, but it served its purpose. The location is very quiet, and the locals are extremely friendly. Thank you!

Spacious and very well equipped house, including an Ofyr-type bbq. During the few bad weather days, there was enough space for our two kids to play in-house, while we could read in peace. When the weather was fine, the kids were outside all day. Great location to start hiking from. Pavel was friendly and welcoming.

We had such a lovely weekend at Karl and Ulli house. They were hosting us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. We received so many recommendations and ideas of places to visit. And the rooms were cosy, warm, clean and comfortable. We’ll be happy to visit again Karl and Ulli 😊

There were 7 of us with a 2-year-old and we had a very nice weekend. The whole property is fantastically beautiful and the hosts extremely accommodating and friendly. Countless activities attract, the apartment is lovingly decorated and super clean. Everything was great. We would definitely come back. 👍🏽 Thanks again for everything!

Great experience Fully equipped. One small point: the heating doesn't seem to be very stable

Beautiful and peaceful area, evening walks were almost like meditation. Our interaction with the animals was amazing and the cats were really friendly. Marion and her family were super friendly and kind. They even gave my son a ride on the tractors! We highly recommend you visit and also buy fresh eggs and milk etc. from their store.

We had a wonderful midweek at Pavol's beautiful Bohemian farmhouse. You come through an old gate into the courtyard. There, you can access both stays. The children slept in the beautiful apartment on the first floor with beautiful bathroom and private kitchen (and two bedrooms). We slept downstairs in also a beautiful apartment. The garden is beautiful and endless. You can walk right into nature. The deer are at the back of the garden. There is always sun and shade. The hammocks are lovely. Finally, our daughter was able to play the piano in a large studio made in the shed. Communication with Pavol was very nice. In short, highly recommended. Prague 2 hours away Cesky Krumlov 75 minutes Big and good supermarket at 14 minutes

A magical place in a secluded area by the forest with a beautiful view and a great host! We felt like we were at grandma's cottage. Entrance from the forest as if from a fairy tale and a view from the terrace to the meadows and forests. Next to the cottage, there is a seating area with a grill and a smokehouse, but we simply did not have time to use the bathing barrel and sauna. For us, a great and nicely furnished accommodation, where we will be happy to return!
