The place perfectly matched the description, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and felt like a home away from home. Suzy is a wonderful host, and Vlada was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in a beautifully restored building, situated in a quiet and peaceful village. There are green meadows and a pine forest nearby, which made it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Vladi, Suzy, and their team provided exceptional hospitality, offering great tips for local excursions. The accommodation was charming, spacious, and perfect for our stay. My children (13&14) especially loved the poolhouse. We had a fantastic time with a variety of activities, including fishing, swimming, bowling, shopping, and visiting sights like Baumwipfelweg in Lipno, Cesky Krumlov’s Mantelbrücke, and the ice hokey game in Budvar (IHFF Women's World Championship). We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything!

Everything is perfect, even more beautiful than in the photos. Mr. Jiří is nice and pleasant and showed us everything despite our late arrival. We'd love to come back. It exceeded our expectations!

Accomodation was good! But there was no communication about other guests living in the same house, as well as very hidden infos in terms of whirlpool. Overall a nice place to spend time.

We were extremely satisfied. Viktor is a very nice host, accommodating, helpful.. The holiday cottage he rents is very tasteful, comfortable and practically furnished (well-equipped kitchen). The surroundings of the cottage are very romantic, even nicer than in the photos. It attracts beautifully to lounging, idling, bathing in a barrel with warm water until night, going for a beer and a great dinner opposite to a small pub... but the landlord will also advise you on how to bike, where there is a pond for swimming... just such secrets of the region that you can't find on the map. We definitely want to come back here and thank you so much for a lovely long weekend.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this lovely house and truly enjoyed the comfort and warmth it provided—it felt like home! The house was surprisingly well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare any meal with ease, and the entertainment areas catered to all ages, keeping everyone happy and engaged. The surrounding area was incredibly peaceful, with beautiful nature perfect for hiking enthusiasts. While supermarkets were 20-30 minutes away, they were conveniently open every day, even during the holidays. We didn’t get a chance to visit nearby villages as we were entertained inside the house most of the time. The host was very supportive, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. It’s definitely a place we plan to return to! Just a heads-up: there are some extra charges explained in advance for using wood and energy, but they were clearly outlined and didn’t affect our wonderful experience.

This property is beautiful and was very comfortable for our group of 8. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. It's a great location to explore Cesky Krumlov and other sights nearby. Lucie was flexible with check-in and check-out which we appreciated and was very responsive before our stay and during.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

A beautiful farm on a secluded, paradise and very large property. Many beautiful places can be found - inside and out - to relax and unwind. Katrin was always available immediately and is a very likeable and accommodating host. Looking forward to seeing you again - we will be back :=)!!

Nice cabin for quiet hours in nature. Located not far from Krumlov and Budweis, which allows for beautiful excursions. In the winter at first, however, it got cuddly warm after some time thanks to the great fireplace. It was a very nice stay for us.

We had a great weekend trip for ten in Jan's house. The highlight was the large garden and the beautiful fireplace over which you could barbecue. Jan was always available and also gave us helpful tips on surrounding activities and shopping facilities at check-in. One more thing you should know. If possible, take mosquito spray with you, as there were many mosquitoes in the surrounding forest! Still a great place to stay!

We (10 adults and 3 children) were delighted with the location and amenities of the holiday home. A beautiful campfire spot, a great garden, fantastic landscape all around. The house itself was really cozy and well equipped. The large living room has a fireplace on which you can also lie down. A billiard room has brought much joy to young and old. Due to the private entrance to the house, you are easily secluded from the main road and can let the children play outside with a clear conscience. This also allowed us to sit by the fire for a long time in the evening and be loud. The lower and upper floors are well separated from each other, but easy to reach. If it was loud downstairs, you wouldn't notice it upstairs. (Families with small children should take a baby monitor with them, as this means the children cannot be heard.) If I were to be very strict and look for something to complain about: that for 13 people, an additional toilet would be great.

Very nice accommodation in the middle of the forest on a mountain. Perfect for get away. Mirek was very nice and always available. Unfortunately, the lake is further away than expected.

Ideal for an active, cultural and family holiday near Český Krumlov. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, very stylishly decorated. Fully furnished, nice beds, comfortable shower with plenty of hot water. A 15-minute drive from Cesky Krumlov, but still nice and quiet. A bit noisy with the owner's apartment. Renata is very friendly and helpful.

We (5 adults and 3 children) had plenty of space in the apartment. A big plus was of course the heated pool, the large garden and the location (close to the centre/treetop path/toboggan run/restaurant/lift...). We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The place was clean, spacious and Martina was a very helpful host. Everything went smoothly.

The accommodation is beautifully furnished, clean and fully equipped – we didn't miss anything. We felt really at home here. The surroundings are beautiful, ideal for rest and relaxation. There is a picturesque pond nearby and lots of animals (including peacocks) all around, which will be especially appreciated by families with children or nature lovers. The owner is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Great place with a rusty vintage experience. We will be back in summer again.
