The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. 70 m² apartment on the middle floor of our house - very idyllic location, garden, forest, all around peace and quiet. The right thing for a short break. Arrival by public transport is possible (we pick you up from the bus station - shopping on site is possible). If you want and come by car, you can also make a day trip to Cesky Krumlov, Prague, Passau, Vienna or Linz. Couples, solo travelers and families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
