The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The room is equipped with a 1.60 bed and has a TV with firestick, kettle, coffee capsule machine, fridge, microwave and Wi-Fi access. There is a chest of drawers and a shelf for storage. Freestanding solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden with terrace and barbecue, renovated in December 2016 / January 2017. Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
