We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Our cozily furnished tiny house is the ideal place to relax and for a romantic getaway. Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The idyllic landscape offers an incentive to linger relaxing and a variety of opportunities for sports activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, kite flying, canoeing/kayaking on Bröl and Sieg in every season).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Underfloor heating and separate radiator in the bathroom and cozy fireplace in the living and dining room area. Box-spring bed in the bedroom. Additional sleeping possibility on sofa bed in the living room possible. A crib and high chair are available for toddlers. Internet is now connected to the fiber optic network.

Our apartment - with its own entrance - was newly renovated in 2018 and amounts to approximately 74 square meters. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people). The equipment includes washing machine, iron, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, spices etc., TV, free wifi.
