Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

We really enjoyed the space! Great location: fresh food market, many supermarkets and restaurants! To the old town by taxi, but the taxi is very cheap and we moved everywhere by taxi!!! Great accommodation!!!

This apartment was a great choice for our stay in Tbilisi. It was clean, well-renovated, and had a nice view from the window. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. The building is in a convenient location, with two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a household goods store, and a pet shop nearby. There’s also a small bakery close to the entrance with fresh pastries — a nice option for a quick snack. Overall, we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay☺️

Very hospitable hosts! We had the great pleasure of staying in this apartment during our stay in Tbilisi. Enough space for several people. The dishwasher and washing machine reduced the hassle several times over. It was a pleasure to be in this accommodation!

Nika's mother helped us a lot and was a very sweet woman, we felt like she was a close friend. We stayed in the house for two nights and it was enough for two nights but if you are going to stay longer it may be small. The location was good and the house was clean.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎
