Holiday rentals with beach access in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

dito has been very accomodating and was helpful in giving flexible hours to check in and out. The apartment is nice and cozy, perfect location for my business. It has everything that you will ever need while staying here. Highly recommended to all travelers to Tbilisi.

Great place. Beautiful and cozy. New. Comfortable. Breathtaking view. And anyone who has no fitness agenda upstairs is really excellent for this. The place is clean and relaxing. it was very nice the house it’s very good there has anything about kitchen about bedrooms. Everything is great. Also there is a very good location. One of my favourite place. It’s called Fabrika when you go to Tbilisi 💜. I suggest you to visit

I’ve had the best stay at George’s and Tamuna’s place! The apartment is super bright and calm. The courtyard is very beautiful and I felt very at home, plus the hosts were super welcoming and communicative. Highly recommend!

we liked our stay in mariam house. very nice and cozy. nice rooms with perfect mattress and clean sheets. no washing machine. the kitchen was fully equipped. mariam welcomed us and gave recommendations. there is lots of privacy and nature around. it's a good location not far from the airport and tabilisi, just an hour away. also in the middle of the army road to kazbagi, two hours drive. we enjoyed our stay. it is very recommended.

Our stay was just perfect. The house was equipped with everything needed and it looked even better than on the pictures.

We loved staying at Badri’s cottage, which is even better than the photos. Badri and his family are super hosts — very responsive, kind and welcoming. The cottage had everything we needed for a lovely overnight stay. Badri treated us to homemade dumplings! He helped us plan our further travels, going above and beyond even the best hosts. The cottage and charming compound are easy to find and were the perfect, tranquil oasis we were looking for on our route across Georgia. We would love to come back.

Beautiful cabin, amazing view. Close to the lake. The heat works amazing. Cozy and clean house. Wi-Fi is perfect, there is a projector and white screen for watching which is a very fun activity in the evening. Niko himself was so nice and responsive. I wish to come back again

Excellent stay in david’s loft - Highly Recommended. David’s loft in Tbilisi was perfect—stylish, well-equipped, and in a great location. The first-floor unit (no lift) was cozy and had all essential amenities, though toiletries weren’t provided. A nice surprise was the complimentary wine bottle, a thoughtful touch! David was a fantastic host—responsive and welcoming. The area was vibrant, with cafes and attractions nearby. Despite minor notes, the overall experience was outstanding. Soundproofing was also not perfect but manageable. Would gladly stay again! Highly recommended for a comfortable, charming stay in Tbilisi. 🏡🍷
