In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

We had the pleasure of staying for one night in a beautiful and charming cabin, hosted by one of the most wonderful hosts. The host was incredibly responsive, making our experience seamless and comfortable. The cabin itself was brand new, exceptionally clean, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is truly a hidden gem, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and stunning natural scenery. It was an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to return!

amazing hut with a hot tub and the most amazing view. very private and cozy, walkable distance to a small shopping center with groceries, restaurants and currency exchange. the host was more than great! very nice and responsive person who helped us with every question. highly recommend!

Pretty good and beautiful place to rest and chill!

This was hands-down the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—no exaggeration. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, easily the best in all of Kazbegi, and the design of the space was just stunning. It felt like staying in a dream: airy, aesthetic, and deeply inspiring, with a spacious upstairs that made it feel both cozy and expansive at once. The host, Mari, truly went above and beyond. She was available anytime I needed something—whether it was arranging taxis or answering questions—and even personally helped me get to the marshrutka with all of my luggage when I was leaving. That level of care and kindness is rare. I felt completely supported and cared for during my entire stay, and I honestly can’t wait to return.

Breathtaking & fantastic view! I love to watch the mountain while preparing food for my family in the kitchen. Everything about this house is so perfect. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Gigi's cabin is a perfect place to spend the vacation under the foot hills of the Kazbegi mountains. Gigo was very friendly, communicate and fast to respond when we needed any help

Everything here was great! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s one of the fewer houses in Kasbegi which is not between other houses. There is a really cute puppy near the house who loves belly scratches. 😊 The last part of the road to the house is a bit bumpy, so you do need a good car to get there. Also, the dogs go crazy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Communication was seamless! The host was ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Location was fab. Quiet but close to everywhere what you are going to visit, also shops are nearby. Place is very cozy and there is everything you will need during your stay. Highly recommended

Wonderful place! The cabin is incredibly cozy and full of soul — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay and even more. It was warm and peaceful, and the panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking. There’s even a projector, so we enjoyed watching movies in the evenings — such a nice touch! We were picked up in Sioni and brought to the cabin by jeep, and the same on the way back — very helpful. Since there are no shops nearby, I’d recommend bringing enough food in advance. This place gave me a kind of rest I haven’t experienced anywhere else — truly relaxing for both body and soul. I definitely will come back ❤️

Beautiful space! Everything is as the pictures. Place is very clean, well prepared and easy to find. Nino was super responsive, the internet is fast, and the kitchen has everything one would need.

Dea was a fantastic host! The cabin is set atop a hill with an incredible outlook over the valley. It is pretty tough to get to the cabin, particularly in the dark, so make sure to pack some hiking boots and a torch. The cabin is clean and well appointed. The only downside was a lack of heater. A small electric heater would go a long way - it can get cold in the mountains! I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

We loved everything about this cabin! It’s super close to shops, restaurants and the ski lifts — but still feels peaceful and private. The cabin was cozy, clean and had gorgeous mountain views. It had all the comforts we needed and Tornike was really friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the house! The view to the mountains is simply mesmerizing! It's convenient to travel to where the hiking trails start. The neighborhood has a delicious restaurant. The house is very cozy, a lot of pleasant interior details, board games, there are all the essentials. The hostess is very pleasant, friendly, responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!

ცაგო was a wonderful host—very kind and helpful. She helped us with everything we needed and even let us borrow a music player. The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the things we needed. There’s also a lovely waterfall behind the house that I recommend visiting. I highly recommend this place to everyone❤️

Nini is the sweetest attentive host one could ever want. On arrival things were not as expected due to unforeseen circumstances including construction of her new project directly in front but what's important for me is how a host handles a situation and Nini was very professional, attentive, understanding, kind and patient. she also answered my million questions without being bothered. For me hospitality and kindness in uncomfortable/unlucky situations is so important. Its gorgeous to be surrounded by mountains. I'd stay here again. Thank you for having my family and I 🙏🏽

The view from the cabin was out of the world amazing! Even the night sky view was breathtaking. The owner is really kind and although doesn’t speak English, yet does her best to help the guests. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great! One of the best stays ever. The cottage was as described in the add. Super clean, super cozy, comfortable, with great view. The place gave a feel as it’s just built and we are the first residents in it. Cottage is perfect for couple, family, or friends. Quiet place. The level of hospitality can be felt in every corner. The host was great. Responsive, friendly, polite .Always available to answer questions. We had a great experience and highly recommend.
