We really enjoyed our stay! The best thing about this apartment is definitely the location — in my opinion, it's the best area in town. There's a small mall in the same building, another one right next door, and lots of cafes and shops all around. Super convenient! The apartment itself is a bit worn and clearly has hosted many guests. It's not brand new, the TV is old and doesn’t have Smart features, and the space looks a bit smaller than in the photos. But overall, we liked it — and the manager was responsive, fixed any issues we had, and really made an effort to make our stay more comfortable. All in all, we’re happy with our experience and giving it 5 stars. Thanks for having us!

I really enjoyed staying at Anna’s apartment. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the Technical University metro station, and there are plenty of grocery stores, cafés, and more nearby. This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Nino and His Wife are a nice host and very accommodating. The house is the same as in the photos, the price is very affordable. the central points can be reached by metro in terms of location. ( marjenishvilli) you can easily meet your needs with local grocery stores such as pastries and outlet clothing stores, spar. The house shares the same garden with a few small houses overlooking a courtyard, the house is a great comfort in the fact that there are mosquito nets on the windows, everything was as it should be, we were satisfied. We felt like we were at home, we will prefer it when we come back to Tiflis. Cheers💕✨

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. This place is located in the heart of the city, and surprisingly quiet; considering its location. Almost everything you need is at a walkable distance. There’s a shopping mall nearby, as well as smaller shopping centers, and stores. There are so many restaurants, and bars in the area, and it is very safe. It offers amenities required for both long and short stays. The host is very responsive, and helpful. I would definitely love to book a stay in Saba’s property again. Also, I would definitely recommend Saba’s place to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Tbilisi.
