Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Georgia

Shota is a cheerful and enthusiastic host with prompt communication. His friendly mother met me during check in. The location is super convenient and walkable to eateries and a supermarket. The colorful and vintage decor makes it an interesting stay.

This apartment was a great choice for our stay in Tbilisi. It was clean, well-renovated, and had a nice view from the window. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. The building is in a convenient location, with two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a household goods store, and a pet shop nearby. There’s also a small bakery close to the entrance with fresh pastries — a nice option for a quick snack. Overall, we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay☺️

I loved the location, the building and the apartment. It was simply wonderful. I only wish the mattress was a bit softer and the pillows were of a better quality, but nethertheless still 10 out of 10.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

Beautiful garden. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the wood as an element of the interior. It's just an Inst. place!!!

We had a great stay at Lasha's place. The hosts were pro-active in their communication and very caring. They were very hospitable and flexible to support us during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Lasha's place if you want a home in Tbilisi to feel very comfortable in while exploring the city.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

It was most likely our bonus for the last days of relaxation, and exploring the history of Georgia. We came by tourists to visit, and left with relatives!!!! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We had a great stay at Paloma's place! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, with a beautiful view, and still close to the heart of Sighnaghi. The house itself is incredibly stylish and full of character. Even though we were only three people, and the home is quite spacious, it would be ideal for a larger family or group looking for a calm retreat in the area. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, and we especially loved the garden – a lovely spot to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sighnaghi!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

Great apartment in a modern complex, there is an elevator, a good restaurant nearby, a 24-hour supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There is also access to the highway and other entertainment for children nearby. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and friendly, was very attentive to us. I recommend this place.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

Wonderful place. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to old town. Clean place. Lot of space.
