It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, and opposite the iconic State Cinema. The heart of the CBD is a 15 minute gentle walk or alternatively the bus stop is directly opposite the accommodation. There is parking allocated to this accommodation. The location is one of its best assets. It is difficult to get accommodation on the strip at this price.

Our unique barn style studio has amazing views over Hobart and the entry of the southern ocean. Close to the CBD but also quiet and close to bush tracks. It is self contained with a private entrance , a private large deck and a self check in lockbox for the keys so no contact is required with the hosts. They are in a seperate building on the same property so available if needed.
