“Ian’s accommodation was awesome, nice and clean, easy parking and checkin, only walking distance to local convenience store and eatery. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family, and would love to come and stay again in the near future.”
In Swansea - central to all attractions of the east coast, situated in a quiet location - one minute walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms, queen and two single beds, beautiful outlook. Child safe deck looking out to the bay. Off-street parking. No wifi.

The Gregan Retreat's located on a vineyard and sheep farm called Lisdillon Estate. The house comfortably fits two and overlooks the vineyard and Lisdillon Rivulet which flows down to Lisdillon's private beach, only a five minute stroll away. Included is the option of a free tasting of our internationally award winning wine.
“The Gregan Retreat was the perfect weekend away for two new Tasmanians. Location is brilliant only 1.5hrs north of Hobart, 20mins for Swansea (for the all important coffee) and about 1hr 15mins to the start of the Winglass Bay walk. The cottage was clean, very comfy, kitchen for cooking and a beautiful veranda to sit and read while looking over the river and grape vines. A short walk to a white sand beach (with some pretty decent surf while we were there). Katherine and her mother Jane were brilliant with communication, and while we kept to ourselves, the offers of wine tasting and local knowledge is a really nice touch. I would have no trouble recommending this little cottage as your east coast launch pad.”
