Home away from home
“What a warm and welcoming home in a beautiful part of our amazing State.. its' oozing with relaxing comforts & thoughtful extras. A spacious open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. In mid-winter was more than warm enough with many heating options. Fantastically close to the stunningly beautiful Redbill beach and just a few minutes by car in the centre of Bicheno with stylish cafe's, surf shops, restaurants, Pizzerea, grocery stores and unique Tasmanian gin and whisky tasting experiences although you may not make it off the couch, snuggled up in front of the most amazingly huge open fire place, a snuggly blanket and a magazine or book.. pure heaven.. I'll be back without the 4 Teenagers one day!!”
Great ocean views, self contained, private, separate entry, nicely furnished, great bathroom. Modern almost new. Fridge, microwave, feather doonas, use of kitchen if required. Central to parks and wineries Penguins come up at night, seals on the rocks out front..
“The landlord's wife is not too good. Super enthusiasm provides delicious information. We went to eat the lobster. The house is absolutely what everyone dreams of. It is very clean and large and the breakfast is very good. Sitting in the room eating toast smeared with marmalade and drinking coffee to watch the sunrise. I decided to work hard to make money for the neighbor who became the landlord's wife as soon as possible ~”
Two bedroom home located a short 10 minute drive from the heart of St Helens, and a 25 minutes drive to the stunning Bay of Fires. Jacks Shack is a quick walk from the waters edge, boat ramp & playground. Our home includes an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area, renovated bathroom, separate lounge, large front deck & fenced backyard with a BBQ & fire pot perfect for toasting marshmallows. A lovely getaway, enjoy the stunning blue skies & crystal clear waters of the East Coast of Tasmania.
“Nice location. Sunrise watching from the main windows. Close to beautiful mountain & bush walking via car. Close to all the nearby beaches & rocky coastal areas by both car & just from walking out the door!! St Helens is a pleasant small town. The kitchen is well equipped & beds are super comfy. Low pressure hot water in the shower but once warmed up a nice shower. Large back yard with bbq for those who want that sort of thing - probably best in summer. Nice place to stay.”
