Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Warrakilla

Warrakilla is a modern 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a multi level beach house complex catering for one or two night stays. For the best value booking a two night stay offers up to 25% discount. It is located right in the center of the Coles Bay Village, 200 metres from the waters edge. It is a 2 minute walk to local cafes and shop and 4 minutes walk to the waters edge. The apartment is purpose built and is registered overnight accommodation with the relevant government agencies.

The Cabin

Beloved cabin on the edge of the National Park. The Park starts where the deck ends. 100m to the beach on a direct bush track. You can hear the waves from bed, and with no buildings or streetlights between you and the park, the sky is a wonder at night. Perfect base for exploring or staying in. Uninterrupted views of the mountains, cosy living area with warm lighting and an efficient wood fire, simple kitchen, sunny bedroom, and a deck with a clear view of the mountains you've just climbed.

Rosella Cottage

Rosella Cottage, circa 1900 to 1920, is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with loads of shack atmosphere, comfortable and set on a spacious block of land. Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. The Granny Flat, Bicheno

The Granny Flat is perfect for a one-night stay in Bicheno; simple, clean and affordable (with ocean views). Kick back and relax on the deck with a morning cuppa, or enjoy a sundowner at the end of your day. There are NO cooking facilities, only a microwave, kettle and bar fridge. Dog lovers will be pleased to be greeted by Lulu, our friendly sheepdog. The Granny Flat is at the bottom of our block- you will likely see/ hear our kids in the house. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

Ocean View Retreat- unit: Diamond Island

Stunning views across the sea and warm winter sunshine. Spend your day exploring the nearby National Parks, glorious beaches or vineyards and by night watch the nocturnal animals that frequent the front garden. Enjoy the serenity! Ocean View Villa is set on a semi-rural property and is a short drive from Bicheno shops. The unit occupies half of the downstairs area of villa and accommodates 4 people with the queen bed in the living area and single beds in the bedroom.
