Great check-in, fast communication and sparkling clean apartment. The view is just as beautiful

The accommodation was great, great location Very central, the property is close to the U3 and the museum district. We were able to do a lot easily on foot. Around the corner is a spar gourmet, and also a burger restaurant that we loved (The Burgermachers). Also otherwise it has a lot of restaurant nearby. The place (we had Franzl) was clean, and very well equipped (ex. Kitchen). The apartment is very nice, high ceilings, nice large chandelier, everything tip top, we felt super comfortable. I am often visiting Vienna. This apartment is one of the top places to stay for me personally. Will be back for sure. Also check-in hassle-free, Clemens explained everything to us and we were even able to get into the apartment earlier. Which we really appreciated. There is also a possibility to leave the suitcases. All in all highly recommended. :-) Important to know: - has no elevator (no problem for us)

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

A beautiful experience! Host is always available. Impeccable apartment, served and close to transportation. Covered and private parking is a real opportunity to rest easy. Our dog was great too! I would go back immediately and without delay.

All of the other reviews are accurate regarding the outstanding apartment and host. The apartment was very spacious including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We took full advantage of the early checkin time to see a lot of Vienna in 2 days. We were very impressed by the efficient underground U1 that takes you to anywhere in Vienna in just 15-30 minutes, and trains arrive every 5 minutes. We would definitely want to stay there again, and we highly recommend Alois and his apartment to others.

Fantastic stay! Gabriele waited for us in the rain to receive us. We went to the wrong alley and managed to find the correct alley with Gabriele’s instructions. Gabriele welcomed us and gave us an introduction of the home. The home is very clean and neat. Love the sunroof. It’s abt 3-5 mins walk to tram station. Near to supermarket. The surroundings are peaceful. Recommended place to stay when u are in Vienna.

Felix was a great host! Even though we were late and had to leave, he left us the keys, he greeted us the next morning and gave us a lot of tips about the neighborhood, he showed her girlfriend the horse on his property and was always available, kind and helpful. KernAlm's house is the perfect place to get out of the city, lots of space in a beautiful place with amazing views of forests, horses. Amazing peace and getting up everyday to the sounds of birds, complete darkness and silence at night. We can only recommend and will be happy to come back. :-)

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle. By car, you can quickly get to Melk if you are looking for hustle and bustle.

The house and surroundings are very nice. You have everything you need and above all tranquility. The communication with Martin went smoothly. We had a lovely and relaxing weekend with friends. Would have easily endured a few days longer.

We had a great time staying at Peter's place. Thank you very much to Peter and Ivanka. The apartment is extremely idyllic and as quiet as you would not expect from ski resorts in the Alps. Nevertheless, everything you need is easily accessible. The apartment itself is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The amenities are very good, has everything you need. An absolute highlight is the tiled stove. Creates a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. To make it short, fully recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt right at home with two families. The house was new, tasteful, there was everything we needed. Lots of excursions nearby and a very beautiful scenery. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts Birgit & Franz.

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Lovely apartment, affordable and very aesthetic! A bit of a walk to the centre of town however very worth it as there are some lovely local bars and shops we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Great host, and great house.

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!

Our stay was fabulous, everything was perfect and very clean and Mariella was super friendly and she met our every need. The apartment perfectly matches the photos, super elegant in every detail, complete with all the comforts, the technology explained and easy to use. The view of the very large furnished and sunny terrace and a real jewel and the very good gardener has arranged x us plants and lots of flowers and made everything a dream x to enjoy the breathtaking evenings and sunsets. very comfortable internal parking and the area is very well served x means and supermarkets. it will be a real pleasure to come back x the next vacation

A very nice, spacious, modern apartment with a great location, close to the city center. Convenient spot for exploring the surroundings by bike. The underground parking is a big advantage. Communication with Vesna was easy and pleasant.
