If you are interested in golf, there are many courses to play nearby, 5 km to Abbekås Golf Club, 14 km to Beddinge Golf Club. Explore Ystad, which you can get to along the beautiful coastal road. If you want to entertain the children, there is Tosselilla summerland with fun swimming 33 km away. Smygehuk, Sweden's southernmost headland, is worth a visit. Skivarps Gästgivaregård and Ica Tores Allköp are only 850 meters away.

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
