The accommodation is completely independent and adjoins an artist's studio. It includes a large room upstairs (26 m2) and downstairs an office of 8 m2. All modern comforts (wifi with UHD fiber, TV, etc.), bathroom with low shower on the ground floor, queen size bed (1.60 m), large TV (Netflix), automatic velux, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker.

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.
