Cozy and functional studio, refurbished. We are 3 minutes' walk from transport (Montreuil town hall, line 9), shops (biocoop, naturalia, crossroads...), cinema and theater. Montreuil is a very pleasant city with lots of good restaurants and a very rich cultural life. You are 10 minutes from Nation (door to door), 20 minutes from République, 30 minutes from Galeries Lafayette and 40 minutes from the Champs Elysée. All direct on subway line 9
