Excellent place to stay near Paris, the metro is close by, as are the shops. The neighborhood is lively but the apartment is quiet. A real pleasant two-room apartment with every comfort. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating, I was able to arrive a little earlier than expected in the accommodation. The value for money is also great. I highly recommend it, I will return without hesitation

Super clean studio and faithful to the photos, perfect for a short stay in Montreuil. Eva is available and very nice, everything went well with check-in and communication. So yes, it is indicated as "quiet", but we must not forget that we are in a residence with a lot of families — so sometimes, we hear the children from above who live their life (and who have energy!). Nothing bad, but it's not absolute silence either. The neighborhood is cool, lively without being noisy, and big bonus: you can park for free just in front between 7pm and 9am, which is very convenient. In short: nice apartment, good welcome, good value for money. I recommend it! Thank you Eva

Nathalie’s place was exactly as described. We were a total of 5 guests and everyone had more than enough room. It is right by the metro and really easy to get around the city. Excellent place to stay!

We had a great time staying in Chandras place. The apartment is great and has more space than a typical Parisien 2 room apartment. Vincennes is a great location for a visit to Paris. Really good transport connections to the city but far enough away to be relaxing too. Chandra is a great host. Great communication throughout and very welcoming. Recommended !

Great location for travelers who prefer privacy and some space, but easy transfers to city center. Metro few minutes, clean and spacious, great terrace, and the sweetest other residents/neighbors 😍

The apartment is quiet, good mattress, everything works. We did not have any problems during our stay. Very convenient location of the apartment, close to public transport. Easy to get to both the center of Paris and Disneyland

Jacky's Space it is as described, quiet with a beautiful terrace which we use for every meal we had. Jacky it is super friendly and helpful on any direction. For sure I would come back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment with everything you need for two people. Very Clean and modern. Only 20 minutes walk to Vincennes town centre or 5 minute bus ride which is in itself great to visit. Paris city centre easily accessible from Vincennes train station.

Christiane's accommodation is very clean and very cute, the bedding comfortable; shops are less than 10 minutes' walk and the bus less than 2 minutes. We had a great time at Christiane's apartment.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, everything was as described, for 3-4 people the apartment is fully sufficient, it is located in a quiet environment with very good access to public transport... bus stop right in front of the house and to the metro a few minutes walk. There are also a few shops nearby, where you can buy everything you need (food, etc.). The apartment was clean, cozy and well-equipped, we can highly recommend it.

I cannot say enough positive things about my Parisian experience. The neighborhood was very friendly and did not have a lot of tourists. Everything I needed was very accessible and within walking with a Metro stop directly in front of the building. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. If you rent this AirBnb be sure to take Fred’s French cooking class! I’m going home with multiple ideas to recreate my experience in my own kitchen. It can’t be beat! This is the only place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Paris!

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
