Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

We had a very nice time at Mohand. The apartment looks 1:1 like in the pictures, it is very clean and bright. The apartment is located in a quiet area and the bus stop is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Value is unbeatable. A small tip: a full-length mirror, in addition to the one in the bathroom, would not be bad.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

We had a great stay at Cecile’s apartment. We were in town for the tennis so location was great but also easy to get around inner Paris via metro or a long walk. The supermarket is 1 block away so it was easy to shop and get food in for dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice as it was much clearer and larger than we expected. They have a house maid that looks after the apartment so it was extremely clean and tidy. 1 bedroom overlooks Main Street and 2 other bedrooms are at the back so they are very quiet. The apartment has double glazing so the street notice was not an issue at all. There are also some fans which were great for the hot nights, although the apartment stayed very cool anyway.

We so much enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was in a beautiful, quiet, safe location with gorgeous views off the terrace and via kitchen/bedroom windows … grocery store right next door, metro stop down the block. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, etc. Marie-Christine also was a gracious host, easy communicator, and even greeted us with a bottle of wine:) We have traveled to many international Airbnbs as a family, and this one was one of our favorites!!

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Accommodation located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

We stayed 1 night with our 3 children, the accommodation was impeccable, the sheets were super clean and smelled good! The place is quiet and cosy, the decor neat and the amenities and equipment are not lacking! We'll be happy to go back!! And we recommended it to those around us. Camille

We immediately felt comfortable in the house in the quiet surroundings, slept well and the airport could be reached in 20 minutes. The train to Paris is very easy to reach. Highly recommended accommodation and thank you for the care.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first the building gives you the impression of being abandoned but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect and has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very good and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It is undoubtedly a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.
