Apartamento 1 dorm. 9º piso en POCITOS with FIBER OPTIC WI-FI. Excellent location 3 blocks from boulevard and beach. The house is good for couples, families, and travelers. Comfortable 3 adults or 2 adults and two children (Sommier two places + sofa bed). All services in the block: bars, restaurants, super, pharmacy, laundry, currency exchange. 5-10 minutes by taxi from the shoppings. Spacious, bright, warm and modern, bathroom and full kitchen, air conditioning in room and living room. Safe and nice area.

Warm, bright and excellent location describe this apartment. It is located on the 8th floor, with a clear view and lots of sunshine. The building has 2 elevators and a doorman. It has a full kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. It is located in front of Parque Rodó and meters from the beach.
