Perfect accommodation for a stay in the area. Very quiet, it allows you to rest perfectly and enjoy a small garden without overlooking. There is a lot of cooking equipment available, so you don't have to limit your meals. The bedding is very good quality and the bathroom is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in the area. In addition, the welcome is very warm. I highly recommend this listing!

Maxime's accommodation is very well located and very nice for a family. The apartment is very comfy and comfy There is a lot of equipment for small games for young and old and lots of very nice little touches. Pauline gave us a lot of great info and is very responsive if needed, in short we feel really welcome. Everyone was delighted and had a great stay.

My partner and I stayed here on a road trip through France. We absolutely loved it, very clean and modern. The location is peaceful and we would love to return again. Elodie & Thomas are great hosts and provided very clear instructions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Perfect accommodation for a stopover near Fontainebleau. Quiet environment. parking sometimes a little far from the accommodation, but always on the street, depending on the arrival time. Steep access staircase, but overall it's a great place.

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is exactly as advertised, clean, well located and pleasant to live in. Special mention to the host, friendly and above all very responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

The trip to Fontainebleau was very good. ☀️ The Airbnb was consistent with the photos, comfortable and pleasant to live in. A real little cocoon. We felt good there. Only one small downside: the bathroom door, which, when you come with friends, does not give you as much privacy. Not to mention that, the decor is very warm, the bed is unparalleled in comfort and the small kitchen is practical for use. Thank you very much for your quick response and accessibility despite some minor technical issues on our part at the start. I would highly recommend this apartment!

I had a great stay in this studio located in the heart of Nogent-sur-Seine. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description: cozy, clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. You'll feel right at home! The neighbourhood is very quiet, while being close to shops and amenities, which is very appreciable. The location is ideal to fully enjoy the city while having the necessary tranquility to rest. I highly recommend this rental, and I will not hesitate to return there on my next visit to Nogent-sur-Seine!

The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the train station. Check-in was straightforward thanks to a super helpful video. Everything looked like the pictures. It was a nice to sleep (dark room, very quiet). The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and brightly lit. Overall, this is an excellent alternative to hotels for a single person or a couple.

Alex is very responsive and thoughtful. The rental is really consistent with the photos on the site. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, and allows a very nice evening with its spacious spa bath with its powerful jets. The only small remark would be that it is on the side of the road, but the double glazing makes it possible to greatly reduce the noise, knowing that at night there is not much traffic. If you want a romantic and quiet evening: I recommend it! Sandrine
