Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte Rio

We had a lovely stay at the property. The photos on the app are nice, but simply cannot do it justice until you see it for yourself. Did I mention the delightful aroma of wood as it is an actual restored barn (wish for that to last forever). The owner did not miss a thing when it came to providing a welcoming space to stay away from home. The property is vast and you can enjoy a bit of nature and beautiful landscapes. It is near enough to drive to dozens of wonderful restaurants, hiking spots, spas, and wineries. I only had one concern prior to booking that my partner who is 6’3 may bump his head on the low part of the ceilings. Turns out, he was the first to say how cozy and happy he was with the unit. Adding, “Im cautious everywhere and bump my head often” 😹.. We live in the Bay Area and have stayed many places, and this one is a standout. Book your stay! You will be pleased and have lovely photos of sunsets and scenic backgrounds.

Super convenient for family to stay while visiting in the area. Busy timeshare location, but very quiet at night.

This is a great apartment with a spectacular view. If you are a bird watcher or nature lover, you will flip! There are sea birds, sea lions, herons and egrets right outside your window. It is also very easy short walk to the Tides Wharf with restaurant, snack bar, gift shop and fish market. Megan was always available and responsive to our many questions.

We loved our night at The Coop. We had young children with us and they loved meeting all the animals and sitting on the porch looking at the pigs and roosters. The accommodations were perfect for us and had everything we needed. It does not have a stove for those needing to cook, but the microwave and coffee set up was great. Carrie even left a bottle of wine out for us which was so kind. If you’re a light or late sleeper, the roosters could be a bit much but we aren’t bothered by them at all.

If Santa Rosa is your location, look no further. I could not ask for more in every respect. I would definitely come back.

We had a really nice time staying at Stacey’s. She was a really attentive host and checked in on us often. There was an issue with the toilet that she had resolved immediately. When we arrived we had a lovely conversation about the area and things to do on our off time from the seminar we were in Santa Rosa for. Thank you for everything!

A comfortable home and private setting within an established neighborhood. Just minutes to downtown Guerneville by car and the river is a short walk. The property is well maintained and thoughtfully put together. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day. I appreciate the quick responses to my messages and questions.

The place looked brand new and was the perfect spot to hang out in wine country. And Kim was a great host!

A treehouse in the woods. Very calming, an easy place to relax.

We went up for Thanksgiving and had a great time. Check-in was easy, the house was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The deck and hot tub were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The fireplace was nice to sit by and chill. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks as the river was very swollen from recent storms, but maybe next time. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious for family of seven. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet. The side patio is a nice place for a morning coffee with a scenic view of the ocean and the hills. I would enjoy coming back to this house again.

Katherine’s place was just amazing to stay at. She literally had everything we could ask for, especially traveling with a toddler. The views from the home are great and lot a of good food a short drive away. We enjoyed hiking some near by trails and checking out some beautiful state parks

Lisa place was spacious for a family of 4 . The house was cozy and clean with lots of supplies and amenities. In a convenient location nestled in the russian river valley. Very close to the river, armstrong redwood state reserve, wineries, Downtown Healdsburg, Bodega bay and the Sonoma coast! Napa valley wasn’t too far either. The house had a relaxing jacuzzi with a nice backyard plus 2 beach cruisers to check out the Rio Nido area. 6 days wasn’t enough here. We would definitely stay again!

The tree house was beautiful! The check-in / check-out process felt streamlined and low pressure. The amenities were pro-active and thoughtful, including speakers, games, cleaning/household supplies, and shower amenities (including makeup towels). The scenery was breathtaking and the hot tub and porch made it perfect to enjoy all of it! The bedrooms were amazing and felt well laid out. Great amounts of storage in both closets. No detail was overlooked. Definitely check this place out! It's totally worth it!

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

This was a beautiful, fun, clean place to stay with our extended family. The unit was lovely, grounds were beautiful, and my kids loved the basketball court, pool, and hot tub. We would def stay again!

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

We always enjoy the Windsor Worldmark. Great restaurants and wine bars in town. Also several breweries and distilleries in the area. The coast is not far. We always enjoy our stay. FYI check out here for 2025 is now at 11 o’clock. Not 10 o’clock.

Great big space and great kitchen and balcony. We were in for a family wedding, so didn't use the resort facilities or pools. we really only slept there and enjoyed the surrounding wineries. Would love to stay here for a week sometime! Appreciate that it was quiet and had spacious rooms and large beds. thank you, Fazlul. -Wilsons

Good location and nice for two couples. Check in was smooth and unit was as expected. Good experience. Communication was good. We had no issues.
