Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. This is a family-friendly home, and to keep it that way, we trust that you will clean up after your children accordingly. If not, we will need to charge additional cleaning fees.

The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
