Holiday houses in Monte Rio

Jonathan’s house was nothing short of perfect! Absolutely gorgeous surroundings and a comfortable and cozy place to call home after long days at the wineries! Fully stocked with everything we needed and the hot tub was a plus! Loved it so much, we plan to come back every year ;)

This is a nice home, a bit tucked away from much else. It is right on a walking trail, which was nice—turn left when you hit the trail, and it goes farther. The Ektimo winery tasting room on the property was a great place to start our wine tasting. The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable, and the wines were all okay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to any restaurants or stores. The home was homey and comfortable and the table is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't say it is fancy or extremely well appointed but for the price it couldn't be beat. The goats, alpaca, and ducks on the pond were fun to watch and added a nice country feel to the place. The hosts were very proactive with instructions. It was super easy to check in. When getting ready to leave, we didn't have a 2 page list of things we had to do, which was nice since we had to leave early for a flight. I would stay there again!

"The perfect" Air B & B. I have stayed at many - and this is as close to perfect as it gets. The outside is truly a peaceful and beautiful sanctuary, the garage arcade room is over the top fun, and the interior furnishings are high quality / on point - with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is well and thoughtfully stocked. I could go on and on (and I'm picky!) You can tell when a host puts heart and soul into designing and maintaining a great home- and this is one of them! Amazingly - despite being so peaceful - you are only 5 minutes away from downtown Sebastopol!

We loved everything about our stay! Rebecca's place was beautiful, it had everything we needed including toiletries, extra blankets and items to make us feel welcome. We really enjoyed every space and the hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The neighborhood and surrounding cities were absolutely breathtaking! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us 9 gals!

Johnathan’s place was great. Well Appointed kitchen. The master is really nice and a very big master bath too. The other bathroom for our guests was fine just no where near as nice as the master bath. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blu. The location is perfection! Private, with beautiful gardens, only a hop, skip and a jump from the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves at night was divine. The home was clean and comfortable, and Barr was a lovely, helpful host. If you are looking to unwind in serenity, I highly recommend this home.

Our stay, which was with 10 people total, was wonderful. Cynthia was incredibly responsive and helped make our stay comfortable, and very special. Even when there was a small issue with our check in she responded within minutes. Instructions were clear, and it felt that she was invested in us having a wonderful time. The location was stunning, private and safe. We would absolutely stay again!

This home is a gem in the Dillon Beach area. It is updated, clean and comfortable. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach or general store that has anything you might need (plus soft serve!). The general store is part of the Dillon Beach Resort which also has a great restaurant with stunning views of the beach.
